Through my experience as a Doctor of Chiropractic, I’ve realized the strong connection between mind and body. There can be situations of the mind that prevent physical progress as well as traumas that the mind physically stores in different locations of the body. As humans, it’s vital to address the mind, body and spirit together in order to create sustainable change and allow us to create lives that we truly love.
